My brief

This book is a very good resource to get started in programming games and (this is my interest) graphic and interactive web applications.

It's worthy to note that this book is exclusively focused on the HTML Canvas drawing and rendering way; it doesn't cover other APIs such as WebGL or SVG.

The book teaches through examples how to create more complicated games increasingly. It shows techniques, resources and tricks to keep the application performant as it grows in complexity. In addition, the book teaches best practices in order to produce readable and reusable JavaScript code.
